Are you a Sales or Marketing Executive looking to progress to International Business Development Manager?

The primary role of the Zmorph’s Sales Executives is to prospect for new or existing clients by networking, emailing, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. He / she must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. They must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. They are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients. Sales Development Managerreports directly to Head of Sales and workswith marketing, and technical staff. He/she may manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company. Strategic planning is a key part of this job, since it is the business manager’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company. 

The best candidates will be offered an advance to International Business Development Manager position. 

We are looking for a person who:

  • Speaks English fluently during business conversations and everyday office small talks.
  • Has strong sales and marketing skills (including online).
  • Has lots of energy and gets excited by being a revenue champion for the organization.
  • Has a passion for creating sales and marketing tools and strategies and the ability to orchestrate every detail and then measure results. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Work with marketing & technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Attend industry functions, such as tradeshows, events and conferences, to meet clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM and databases.
