Strategic / Portfolio Manager is a core member of the value creation and supervision team and is mainly involved in value creation in portfolio companies. He / she operates under the supervision of the Funds’ Partners. Main responsibilities include cooperation with portfolio companies on:
- Strategic guidance to management on i.a. product market fit, commercialization, including pricing, sales and marketing,
- Recruitment of key personnel at portfolio company,
- Advice on introduction of operational processes and procedures,
- Monitoring of operational and financial performance
A candidate should:
- have at least 4 years of professional experience in strategy / operations departments at small companies and/or start ups (ideally startups that have gone through multiple funding rounds),
- self starter, open minded, creative, ready for constant challenge,
- have very good analytical and interpersonal skills,
- be ambitious, independent and eager to develop,
- be able to speak and write in English and Polish fluently.
