Currently, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:
Interim CEO
with experience in business development in freight forwarding/e-logistics
Location:
Warsaw (Poland)
Product:
On freight-on-demand platform for Central and Western European aimed at distermidiating the process and lowering the cost of cross-boarder good transfer. Product is in the proof of concept stage and requires extensive customer analysis and validation, product requirements and definition.
Role:
Interim-CEO will be responsible for piloting the product with early customers and take on the full scope of responsibilities. Interim-CEOs in the X100Lab have opportunity to become a full-time CEO of the project upon successful of milestone and receive equity options in the product company.
Responsibilities:
- Developing early customer relations for the pilot,
- Defining product requirements,
- Managing IT development and budget,
- Creating core product team,
- Defining business model and product strategy,
- Work closely with E100 Partners on fund raising strategy,
- Frequent travel across Europe.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of business development or operations in international Freight-forwarding/E-logistics,
- Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken),
- Lead role in IT projects and working knowledge of informational system development,
- Demonstrate knowledge of logistics processes, International forwarding legislation, documentation and customs requirements,
- Demonstrate competency in contract negotiation,
- Excellent communication skills and analytical competencies.
