We are looking for a full-time Account Manager in Kraków, Poland.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaing relationships with our customers ranging from local merchants to global brands. You’ll also help to reinvent the way marketers connect with consumers at a hyperlocal level using the Estimote Platform — a leader in an exciting and fast-paced industry that is evolving daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Be our product and brand steward — introduce and educate Estimote’s products to global businesses and help them understand the full potential of the Estimote Platform
  • Build, manage, maintain, and grow client relationships
  • Oversee deployment process for key customers and handle day-to-day activities for assigned clients
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise in a timely manner and provide relevant solutions
  • Provide customer feedback and work closely with Product Managers to ensure optimal product roadmap
  • Understand clients’ goals and ensure goals are being met and exceeded
  • Manage contracts and renewals, assisting our Finance team with payables and collections
  • Develop and measure key performance indicators, ensuring campaigns are impactful, accurately tracked, and their effectiveness clearly communicated across key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, prioritization, and organizational skills, and a strong commitment to detail
  • Strategic thinker that can evangelize products that may be new to marketers
  • Must be a self-motivated, team player and be able to work in a small, fast paced, exciting environment with or without oversight
  • 3+ years of B2B or B2C marketing, sales or consulting experience in the technology industry
  • Extremely professional and positive demeanor
  • English fluency is a must

Ideally:

  • Deep understanding of retail and/or brand strategy
  • 2+ years’ experience managing digital marketing programs within a technology platform, media company, or ad agency
