Foodpanda together with its affiliated brands Hellofood and Hungrypanda is the leading group of online food ordering platforms active in 27 countries and more than 500 employees. It helps restaurants to increase sales through online and mobile platforms and provides them with constantly evolving technology and analytics. For consumers, Foodpanda group offers an online marketplace with widest gastronomic range, including e.g. salads, pizza, burger and sushi. Consumers choose their favorite meal on the platform or via app; Foodpanda processes the order to the restaurant which delivers the meal to the doorstep. Foodpanda was initiated by the leading startup incubator Rocket Internet in 2012 and is headquartered in Berlin, Germany.

Requirements:

• Fluent Polish (or English) and Romanian (oral and written)
• Business communication skills
• Ability to learn fast
• Initiativeness and desire to work
• Proficient PC and Internet user
• Availability for at least 4 hours 4 times a week

Main responsibilities:

• Support restaurants and provide superior service to our clients via phone
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Process orders and assist riders
• Persuading potential customers to make purchase (NO cold calling)
• Data processing
