To be engaged in the day to day building of a company’s strong position, planning communication strategies, efficiently coordinating multiple projects at the same time, that is only a part of the tasks of the Marketing & PR Specialist in our company.
The position includes:
+ Implementation of the established communications strategy on a daily basis:
~ Content management
~ Instant monitoring of online mentions, customer satisfaction and online
sales effectiveness;
+ Contact management with the marketing departments of our key corporate partners;
+ Contact with media, for the coordination of press releases & interviews
+ Marketing and PR support for the organization to achieve our set goals, including:
~ Coordination of special projects (events, competitions, hackathons, etc.)
~ Search and contact management with suppliers
~ Participation in all internal Club and Program meetings that enable better
planning of marketing activities
~ Promotional budget planning and management;
+ Coordination of graphic & video projects:
~ Organization of video recordings with our corporate partners, experts,
investors and influencers
~ Coordination and prioritization of graphic projects.
Job requirements:
+ Must have at least 1 year of professional experience of working with corporations and media
+ Ability to prioritize and be punctual
+ Multitasking (the ability to coordinate several projects at once)
+ Ability to execute tasks from co-workers
+ Great communication & planning skills
+ Basic knowledge in UX and CMS
+ Taking ownership, ability to structure your own work
+ Fluency in Polish & English both in speaking and writing
+ Great handle of modern apps (slack, google apps, asana, etc)
+ Available full time
* Additional advantage: Experience in online leads generation.
