As a dynamically growing company, Espeo is looking for a Content & Social Media Specialist to join us. We are looking for a person who understands the power of words and loves creating new and exciting ways to get people’s’ interest.

Main functions:
– updating and promoting website content, and creating as well as copy-editing new articles and content, including interviews with clients and working with influencers
– publishing and sharing daily content (original text, images, video, newsletters) that will build meaningful connections
– creating infographics and graphics for social media platforms; sales materials (including offers and portfolios)
– assisting the Marketing Manager & team in tasks and campaigns
participating in building brand awareness on international markets (US, UK, Nordics)
– assisting in event marketing – social/content hooks, giveaways, booth design
– searching for and recommending interesting brand events and meetups
– tracking and reporting marketing activities
– collecting information: researching & reporting on industry-relevant trending topics

We expect candidates to have:
– fluency in English (excellent verbal and written language, min. C1 level based on CEFR)
– bachelor’s degree (not necessarily in marketing)
– past experience in creating marketing-related (commercial) copy in English
– some familiarity with WordPress
– strong knowledge of social media and how they can be used commercially
– data-driven personality – working on numbers, KPI, CRM
a willingness to learn and grow
– reliability and accuracy
– openness and willingness to work with clients and influencers
a preference for working in the office (or partly remote work)

Nice to have:
– knowledge of the IT industry / startup environment
– familiarity with landing page design tools and mass mailing platforms
– familiarity with graphic software tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or others
– previous experience in working with tools such as Google Analytics
