You will be responsible for:
- Implementing effective marketing campaign execution in all digital performance acquisition channels across search engines, social and display advertising,
- Identifying and exploration of opportunities that will expand the productivity and efficiency of programs and campaigns,
- Formulating the business growth scenarios through ROI-based approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies,
- Developing effective performance management arrangements that support the achievement of the overall targets, goals, and objectives,
- Developing long-term performance marketing strategy,
- Playing a mentorship role to performance marketing personnel, assisting in the execution of their functions, ensuring that their professional skills are consistently growing,
- Collaborating with key internal stakeholders and external third parties in development of integrated marketing campaigns and products.
We expect from You:
- Min. 2 years of experience in managing Performance Marketing Team,
- Experience with Facebook ads, Google ads, Pinterest ads, Instagram ads, Reddit ads and others,
- Experience in SEM, Display marketing, and Retargeting will be a plus,
- Proficiency in English,
- Analytical thinking and superior technical expertise,
- Superior organizational capabilities in project and campaign management, market research, communications evaluation, data modeling, relationship skills, and commercial awareness,
- Passion to thrive in a semi-startup environment and passion in Digital Technology, eCommerce and online businesses.
