IT Project Manager

You’ll deal with:
- managing projects from concept creation through implementation (setting the scope of work, planning, creating user stories)
- managing the budget and controlling project costs (hours settling, preparing hourly reports for customers)
- building and leading of a project team (developers, graphic designers, testers) and cooperation with subcontractors
- taking care of the implementation of particular stages of the project
- constant communication and building a strong relationship with customers
- reporting regarding project progress and documentation
Let’s talk if:
- you’ve 2+ years experience in mobile and web project management
- you’re experienced in agile development: engaging the customer, frequent verification of assumptions and attention to regular feedback
- you’ve worked with a business customer and have a good understanding of business model – you can transfer client needs to the project: frame a problem and propose a solution
- your English is flawless – both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication with foreign clients
- managing a few projects simultaneously is a piece of cake for you as you are very well organized and you can work under time pressure
- you feel comfortable working with numbers and deal very well with the management and settlement of T&M budgets
- your goal-oriented attitude helps you to motivate your team to complete the projects successfully
- you wish to have a big impact on the quality of running projects, processes, relationships in the team and with clients
