Oferta pracy: On-line Sales Platform Business Development Manager

Inpol Online as a subsidy of successful Czech online platform focusing on insurance and also considering expansion beyond financial sector is ready to replicate its success in the Polish market. We operate purely in the direct model (on-line, call center), focused significantly on partnerships with web portals.

We are looking for an independent and entrepreneurial business development manager to strengthen and lead business development team on the Polish market. We expect to provide attractive opportunity to cover and further develop key business relationships working closely with the top management in Poland and Czech Republic.

We appreciate knowledge (or ability to learn quickly) of

  • Polish on- landscape – traffic patterns (penetration, on-line shopping), internet portals, high-level overview of on-line advertising and traffic management
  • Polish insurance market – market structure, regulatory environment, product innovation, consumer channel preferences and sales trends, insights (and network) into selected players; perspective on future development
  • Insurance revenue and profitability drivers, pricing and commission schemes in different products and channels
  • Knowledge of other relevant industries and products (utilities, telco, banking) would be an advantage
  • … and strategic, innovative thinking; ability to act on his/her own

We expect

  • University degree (preferably focus on economics, finance, marketing and sales)
  • Relevant experience in business development and proven track record ideally in internet / ICT / innovative technologies
  • Entrepreneurial skills and spirit
  • Great interpersonal, communication, negotiation, project management and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English
