You will:

  • Build a local subsidiary for our fast growing re-commerce business with a strong Marketing focus;
  • Support the Group Management at Business Planning and put the common plan into practice;
  • Take full responsibility for reaching the set goals & KPI for your organization;
  • Lead the local Marketing Team as well as local vendors & consultants, develop and implement the Marketing strategy together with the Group Management (esp. CMO);
  • Build a strong brand in accordance with Group strategy & the Group’s values that will dominate the local re-commerce sector;
  • Monitor local market development & competitors;
  • Hire, lead, develop & motivate your team to deliver top notch results;
  • Support the localisation of our online products together with the Group’s Development Team;
  • Report directly to the Group’s CEO;

Your Profile:

  • You are a native speaker of Polish & have an excellent command of English;
  • You can demonstrate minimum 3 years in a senior position in the areas of Internet/E-Commerce (preferably eBay, Amazon, or similar), strong industry/functional background in (Online-) Marketing, E- Commerce, Consumer Electronics;
  • Your focus is on customer needs, you have a good network in the local online space or Consumer Electronics industry;
  • You enjoy growing a business & helping people grow, ideally you have already proven your talent in this respect;
  • You are a strong analytical thinker, have a good business sense & reach results through excellent execution of processes;
  • You love to inspire & motivate your team to best possible results;
  • You make use of your excellent communications, team & pitching skills;
  • You have a proactive approach, keep pushing & learn on the job;
