Arkley VC is a Venture Capital Fund that specializes in hardware startups. On top of investing capital, we offer over a decade of first-hand experience in developing businesses and a network that reaches deep into Silicon Valley. We have had 4 successful exits – of which 3 IPO’s – and our current startups are global leaders in their fields.
Our goal is to invest in 10 to 20 new companies in the next few years. We are expanding our team to offer them the full range of services and guidance they need.
You can choose to work from our offices in San Francisco, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.
Profile:
You have 2 to 3 years experience as a financial advisor, but are done with the corporate world. Instead, you want to apply your expertise in capital transactions, mergers, exits, and fundraising in the world of startups. You want to be challenged and work with rapidly growing startups that are active globally.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring budgets and P&L statements of our startups
- Co-creating successful exit strategies and capital valuations for our startups
- Fundraising and exits transactions
- Advising and mentoring our startups
- Managing EU grants & programs for Arkley and our Startups
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in capital markets (fundraising, private equity transactions)
- Experience in building business models and analysing investment projects
- Experience in preparing investment teasers & presentations
- Fluent in English and internationally oriented
- Experience in working with startups is a plus
