Responsibilities:
Espeo, international software development company is expanding its presence in Poland and looking for a strategic Account Executive / Consultant to join the growing team in Pozna. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting potential clients and closing sales deals.

Main functions:

  • interact with clients and attend business events
  • build trusted relationships at the highest levels of field leadership to collaborate on identifying and advancing strategic opportunities; consulting
  • close generated leads provided by sales and marketing team by cooperation; be ready to generate leads as well and support the deal to close
  • increase and support the sales process 
  • reach goals and execute all value-based activities in the sales on the European market

We expect candidates to have:

  • bachelor's degree 
  • be fluent in English (excellent verbal and written language) - MUST HAVE
  • excellent interpersonal skills; experience in working with managers, colleagues, and clients to identify challenges and needs to design solutions
  • experience working in the IT/new technologies sector; international environment particularly 
  • general software engineering knowledge
  • be open to business travels once/twice a month 
  • participation in conferences and forums; excellent networking skills and entrepreneurial spirit 
  • ability to deliver the highest standards of client service


Nice to have:

  • previous experience in sales 
  • proven experience in keeping good relations with clients
  • Blockchain knowledge
