Business Development Representative

Sunscrapers is a leading Polish software house specialising in Python and JavaScript. We partner mainly with international companies - from startups to established brands - helping them step up their game with cutting-edge technology. Our approach combines business savvy, software craftsmanship and agile project management to deliver state-of-the-art applications rapidly and efficiently.

We are now looking for Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing on-site team in Warsaw. The BDR will independently manage the sales cycle with both local and international prospective clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively searching and qualifying prospective clients
  • Reaching out to prospective clients via email and social media
  • Building and maintaining a prospect database
  • Creating, managing and optimising email campaigns
  • Analyzing prospective client’s business needs 
  • Creating offer proposals and estimations 
  • Managing email communication with prospective clients
  • Scheduling and conducting phone calls with prospective clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Working with online tools and services (CRM, email marketing etc.)
  • Monitoring results and reporting
