Do you love working with qualified leads and understanding their problems? Are you interested in working in a fast-growing tech company? If so, we’d love to talk to you about becoming our next Sales Account Executive.

We are looking to hire a full-time Account Executive to help us close new clients in the US. We need someone who can close the customer and get them to a signed contract. We are a startup, so this person should be comfortable with a highly dynamic environment, and wearing many hats. The ideal candidate will grow with the company, taking on new responsibilities and guiding the strategic sales direction of the company.

Duties:

  • Converting qualified leads to signed contracts by analyzing and meeting the needs of clients.
  • Creating and delivering proposals to prospective clients
  • Managing and responding to inbound leads from online advertising, social media, our website, or direct email campaigns
  • Delighting current customers in order to upsell and create promoters, referrers of our services
  • Settings goals and reporting on sales progress with senior executives, recommending new avenues or processes to increase sales 

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of successful sales or business development
  • Experience with a services business
  • Strong attention to detail and personal pride in work products
  • Great communication ability, including spoken and written English
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working with Prosperworks or SalesForce is a plus
  • Experience working in a growing start–up is a plus
