The fastest-growing company in the online booking market – Bidroom – has a requirement for an experienced Marketing Director to join its marketing team in Kraków and lead the global marketing efforts of the company.
It is an excellent opportunity for developing your own skills while leading an international group of specialists. We are waiting for you in the sunny office located in the historic, renaissance Palace under the Rams, directly on the Main Square.
As a Marketing Director you’ll set strategic direction and execution of marketing
programs and channel campaigns to support Bidroom in its growth across the globe.
The responsibilities
● Leading and managing a team of passionate marketers to provide it with a clear
vision and direction for marketing program efforts and content development.
● Developing integrated multi-touch campaigns to drive demand among segments and target
specific markets.
● Creating strategic marketing campaigns through a well coordinated use of different
promotional methods.
● Building and maintaining dashboards and other KPI tracking methods to insure alignment of business and marketing goals.
● Working closely with the Sales and Business Operations teams to coordinate, communicate and optimize the impact of activities.

What will we expect from you?
● 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup environment
● Leadership skills that will help you create a positive working atmosphere
● Ability to move the business forward quickly while balancing time, cost, and quality.
● Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
● Experience in developing and executing a broad range of PR/Marketing opportunities
● Knowledge of traditional as well as online media
● Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
● A good eye for design aesthetics
● Flexibility, and a strong business sense
