We are now looking for Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing on-site team in Warsaw. The BDR will independently manage the sales cycle with both local and international prospective clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively searching and qualifying prospective clients
- Reaching out to prospective clients via email and social media
- Building and maintaining a prospect database
- Creating, managing and optimising email campaigns
- Analyzing prospective client’s business needs
- Creating offer proposals and estimations
- Managing email communication with prospective clients
- Scheduling and conducting phone calls with prospective clients
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Working with online tools and services (CRM, email marketing etc.)
- Monitoring results and reporting
