The German based mobile App mytaxi is the world`s first taxi app with a direct connection between the passenger and the driver, founded back in 2009. To date, mytaxi operates with a fleet of over 45,000 taxis and the app has been downloaded over 10 million times. With around 200 employees in thirteen offices, mytaxi is spanning across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Portugal and Italy, ready to continue it’s global take-off.

Since September 2014, mytaxi is a 100% subsidiary of the moovel GmbH (Daimler AG). This recent acquisition was another important step for mytaxi`s vision, to become the largest and most successful taxi app in Europe. With this engagement at mytaxi, moovel GmbH plans to accelerate the international expansion of the taxi booking app.

We are looking for an experienced an independent sales person who is a quick learner with a great work ethic and enjoys a challenge to work in our sales department. If you are an enthusiastic, energetic self‐starter person for who polish is a mother language with a passion for sales and achieving targets this is the role for you!

As Corporate Sales Manager you will be responsible for the acquisition and development of the corporate accounts ensuring that the central strategy and guidelines are implemented locally.
You will work within the sales team and your direct report will be the Business Development Director of Poland. You will be responsible for the management and success of all functions of the corporate side and activities in‐line with set company targets.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • To have studied a relevant degree and to have a minimum of 2-3 years practical work experience in the area of Sales including experience coordination sales teams;
  • Has a large network of B2B contacts.
  • A warm approachable manner with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Have excellent face‐to‐face and telephone communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong understanding of internet, computers and mobile applications.
  • High level of commitment and flexibility.
  • Self‐motivated and strong desire for new challenges within a start‐up company.
  • Enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • High level business proficiency in English.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Drive direct sales of the mytaxi application to corporate clients, such as companies, hotels and restaurants.
  • Shape and improve corporate sales processes influenced by market insights.
  • Face to face interaction and demonstrations of user interface to the corporate accounts.
  • After sales, active support of corporate accounts and customer service.
  • Maintenance of CRM database and entry of corporate account informations.
  • Monitor corporate client / driver activity and report the results.
  • Management of (CRM) Customer Relationship Management process for corporate clients.
  • Participation in sales and marketing promotional activities.
  • Responsibility for all necessary correspondence related to corporate sales communications
