What will you do?
- Become an expert user of our platform
- Provide 1st level support for software users
- Reproduce reported issues and do initial troubleshooting
- Evaluate the urgency and importance of an error report
- Review notifications from our monitoring system
- Create content of user support knowledge base and FAQ
- Closely cooperate with our development team with regard to the discovered issues
- Contribute ideas for improvements of our platform
What we expect from you?
- Working proficiency in English
- Familiar with fundamentals of web technologies and SQL
- Problem-solving skills, being proactive
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- A sense of humor, teamwork and information sharing
- Experience in customer or IT support position will be a plus
