Tespack is looking for someone to create their marketing strategy and execute it after wards.
You will be able to build up Tespack’s marketing from the ground up and execute all future product launches, PR campaigns, social media, and performance marketing.
On top of being the driving force behind Tespack’s marketing, you will also optimize their webshop. So increasing conversion, heatmaps, improving customer funnels, and Google Analytics have to be second nature to you.
In this role you will also support the sales team: whether it is by creating leads or launching campaigns in new markets to increase exposure.
Profile:
- You have 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role, know how to balance inbound and outbound marketing, create an entire brand and online sales strategy, optimize websites, do public relations, and can sell a refrigerator to an eskimo.
- Sales and marketing run through your veins.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Tespack’s social media strategies
- Oversee content creation
- Create and execute PR campaigns
- Optimize the Tespack webshop
- Build a community around the brand and products
- Generate product reviews and user generated content
- Find new and innovative ways to increase brand awareness
- Search Engine Optimization
- Increase traffic and conversion through Performance Marketing
- Support the Sales team in creating new online and offline sales channels
- Locate and target new online and offline distributors
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Previous experience hosting and optimizing a webshop
- You understand internet culture and digital communication
- Experience with both B2B and B2C sales
- Hands-on and willing to get your hands dirty
- Previous startup experience is a plus
