Currently, we are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to help our customers get their jobs done and maintain high standard of support.

Do you want to create and manage all of Customer Success aspects in a customer-centric SaaS company?
You’ll have a chance to:
- Create processes and programs around customer success – includes grading against ICP, creating communication campaigns, research, feedback collection, ticketing, etc.
- Provide support for our customers from all over the world.
- Create educational resources such as blog posts, case studies and webinars.
- Become an expert in surveys and customer feedback and a trusted advisor to our customers.
- Work with other teams to achieve customer happiness.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement..
- Do some sales – yes, in the end it’s all about selling.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English along with excellent, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills (minimum C1) – jumping into a quick video call with someone from New York or Bangalore should be exciting for you, not intimidating.
- Experience in customer service.
- Lots of empathy and client-focused attitude – you’ll help people solve many different problems, and it’s really challenging.
- Authentic curiosity and perseverance, a love for learning and improvement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Flexibility and extreme attention to detail.
- The ability and desire to work in a startup team environment.
- Passion for technology.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of graphic software & presentation software.
- Experience with Marketing Automation tools (Intercom).
