We are a fast-paced Proptech startup based in Warsaw. We are team of 18 talented people and we are looking for someone who can support us with finance and administration tasks.
” administration of payments processes and documents (invoices, company files)
” settlement of company expenses
” ongoing cost and revenue analysis
” preparing financial reports and budgets for the Management Board
” cooperation with the Irish accounting office and lawyer
” organization of business trips and arranging meetings
” sending parcels and letters
” preparing contracts for clients in English
” any other administrative tasks
” cooperation with the rest of the team in the performance of tasks (Management, PM, Sale, HR)
” previous experience in financial services, accounting or office administration
” familiarity with invoicing, financial analysis and document workflow
” fluent English is a must
” BA title in e.g. finance, economics, management – nice to have
” students are welcome
” good Excel and Google tools skills
” knowledge of accounting system Xero – nice to have
” knowledge of Trello, Jira, Slack – nice to have
” excellent organizational, teamwork and communication skills
