The role
You will be leading our startup scouting projects as a consultant and involved project manager, which includes:

• Conducting and managing the process of startup research and selection. Becoming an expert in the project area of research.
• Leading the client relationship within the scope of the project: conducting the client meetings and calls, such as briefing, midway results & feedback gathering, final results presentation.
• Managing and working together with Startup Analyst (usually there are 2 people per project: senior consultant + analyst).
• Direct contact with startup entrepreneurs from all around the world (for details verification).
• Staying on top of the latest trends and sharing it with the team. Following worthwhile influencers & sources, attending industry events.
• Actively developing our startup scouting capabilities.
• Leveraging resources already in place, such as ecosystem network, scouting tools & processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in leading consulting/analytical projects for corporate clients (or at least parts of it: working directly with corporate clients, managing analytical process, conducting client presentations). 
• At least 2 years of professional experience in similar position.
• Preferred professional background: business consulting, IT consulting, software house, digital marketing agency. innovation procurement.
• Great analytical & communication skills, displayed by the ability to do both solid research and communicate its results in an interesting & clear way.
• Excited by the latest tech developments, network within innovation community.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.
• Great handle of modern apps (slack, google apps, asana, etc).
• Available for full time employment.
