Global Frontier Partners seeks a part-time Digital Marketing Associate who will lead the development of marketing initiatives supporting the firm’s efforts to acquire new clients, improve client retention and increase brand awareness. This person will work directly with the Head of Client Relationships
Responsibilities:
- Manage creative development process/resources (internal and outsourced) to ensure all activity is consistent with firm’s branding and style guide
- Manage website content (WordPress) and gradually change over to SEO-optimized
- Manage outreach to clients and prospects and ensure Partner follow-up
- Continuously evolve all marketing materials (digital/social media) from concept development to publication
- Create and maintain social media accounts, as well as create and manage custom email campaigns
- Influence public relations through digital venues, e.g. Economist, Financial Times, Huffington Post, etc.
- Manage CRM system and ensure accurate information and generating tools/reports for better analytics
- Participate in other projects as requested
Requirements:
- A strong desire to learn “modern” digital marketing, social media, and public relations
- Exposure to all facets of marketing, from strategy to digital to conferences to database/CRM or an eagerness to learn those
- Ability to work independently as well as within collaborative team environment, prioritize workflow, communicate effectively, interact with all levels of staff/management, and think strategically while being able to “roll up your sleeves” for hands-on work necessary to meet deadlines
- Must have strong communication/presentation skills and be highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills; must be a proactive self-starter and have excellent English writing skills (including grammar/editing)
- Working knowledge of WordPress and other web tools preferred
- Working knowledge of Photoshop or other graphics editing tools
- Working knowledge/application of social media vehicles including Twitter/Facebook/LinkedIn
Compensation:
- Hourly pay of 30pln/hr. with an expectation of 20 hours per week paid every two weeks
- Flexible work hours and can be done remotely
