You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and designing the customers needs regarding currents and future products
- Delivering market research,UX flows, wireframes, prototypes
- Defining the short and long-term roadmap for your product area
- Be open to giving and receiving design feedback
- Working with stakeholders and pm teams to oversee new user experiences from concept to launch
- Identifying the needs of the customers and improve on existing features
- Analyzing and interpret test data and prepare the reports
- Defining user specifications, flows, and interaction models
We expect from You:
- 3+ years experience in designing new products (publishing, printing or home decor industry)
- Experience and expertise in testing and launching new products worldwide
- Strong visual design skills and solid intuition and passion for interaction design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. You’ll be expected to be able to clearly communicate design decisions and write user specs
- Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy
- Ability to prototype designs (in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools)
- Strong skill to manage short and long term projects
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous work environment
- Open to travel
- Driving License cat. B
- Portfolio with examples of design work
