Arkley VC is a Venture Capital Fund that specializes in hardware startups.
On top of investing capital, we offer over a decade of first-hand experience in developing businesses and a network that reaches deep into Silicon Valley. We have had 4 successful exits – of which 3 IPO’s – and our current startups are global leaders in their fields.

You can choose to work from our offices in San Francisco, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.
Profile:
You have previously been a CEO Assistant or a Board Assistant and want to take your next step forward. Independence is something you crave for in your new job and you want to take on new challenges. On top of that, you are internationally minded and want to be a crucial part in the international success of our rapidly growing startups.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor tasks & projects
- Reviewing, monitoring and forecasting finances & budgets
- Supervise, recruit and develop our staff
- Maintain media relations
- Prepare correspondence and attend meetings on our behalf
- Attend and report team meetings
- Data sourcing and perform market research
- Planning, organizing and managing events
- Set up calls, meetings, and travel arrangements
Requirements:
- Good communicator, both oral and written
- You like to get things done
- Fluent in English and internationally oriented
- Computer skills: Google docs, Microsoft office, Excel, project management tools
- Well-organized
- Previous experience as a CEO Assistant is a plus
- Previous experience working with startups is a plus
