We are looking to hire a full-time Account Executive to help us close new clients in the US. We need someone who can close the customer and get them to a signed contract. We are a startup, so this person should be comfortable with a highly dynamic environment, and wearing many hats. The ideal candidate will grow with the company, taking on new responsibilities and guiding the strategic sales direction of the company.
Duties:
- Converting qualified leads to signed contracts by analyzing and meeting the needs of clients.
- Creating and delivering proposals to prospective clients
- Managing and responding to inbound leads from online advertising, social media, our website, or direct email campaigns
- Delighting current customers in order to upsell and create promoters, referrers of our services
- Settings goals and reporting on sales progress with senior executives, recommending new avenues or processes to increase sales
Requirements:
- Two or more years of successful sales or business development
- Experience with a services business
- Strong attention to detail and personal pride in work products
- Great communication ability, including spoken and written English
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
- Experience working with Prosperworks or SalesForce is a plus
- Experience working in a growing start–up is a plus
