Sales Support Specialist

In this position, you will be in charge of coordinating all things related to the acquisition of new clients. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and will serve as their guide through our entire sales process, handing them off to other staff members when the time is right. You will also be making sure we have dotted all the i’s and crossed all the t’s. Your feedback will be invaluable in improving the way we work, making it more rewarding and adding value to our services at the same time. Our client base consists of companies big (Fortune 500) and small (startups) from all over the world, but mostly from the US and Western Europe.

Requirements

  • Perfect time management and organizational skills
  • Drive to bring order to all things and be on the top of all communication
  • Deep sense of responsibility
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to coordinate, synthesize, and make sense of various inputs from multiple sources
  • Flexibility (figuring how to move forward off the beaten path)

  • Focus and a sense of purpose (why exactly are you doing stuff?)
  • Understanding of and focus on the long-term value
  • Sense of humor (like, “haha”)
  • Exceptional work ethic

What the Job Will Entail

  • Promptly responding to new leads, scheduling initial calls and doing follow-ups
  • Coordinating quote preparation with the client and our team
  • Coordinating the procurement of necessary signatures on contracts, documentation, etc
  • Putting project documentation in order
  • Reporting and touching base with our clients on a regular basis for feedback
  • Thinking hard about potential ways to improve our process and the way your work is done
  • Sending out invoices and making sure they are paid
