Rendi is the biggest online platform for on-demand home cleaning service in Hungary. On the Rendi website, customers can book a vetted and affordable cleaner in a few clicks. The goal of Rendi is to become the leader on-demand cleaning service for the CEE region.
Rendi is expanding in to the Polish Market this year!
Who are we looking for?
MISSION:
As Country Manager for Poland, you will be in full charge of Rendi’s development on the Polish market in terms of product localization, customer acquisition, communication and business cooperations. You will join a fast paced, dynamic company, interact closely with the marketing, product and design teams and report directly to the CEO at the Hungarian HQ.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Grow platform volume and revenue to meet and exceed goals
- Develop and execute the local supply and demand side strategy
- Constant monitoring and analysis of progress and performance
- Produce frequent and regular business status updates
- Be a team player with a keen understanding for internal cross-functional & international communication/collaboration across multiple operational teams within Rendi
- Attend appropriate industry events, conferences to effectively network and grow the Rendi local profile
- Creating monthly business reviews
- Reaching or exceeding monthly revenue goals
- Motivating, structuring and driving the Polish team while sustaining a friendly and rewarding atmosphere
- Managing, supervising, training and developing staff
- Working closely with our international head to drive the Polish team to the next level
- Manage the day-to-day operations in Poland.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree required in Business studies, MBA/JD a plus
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience in a fast paced, target driven supply or demand side sales environment,
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish
- Good knowledge of the Polish start-up / e-commerce ecosystem.
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
- Ability to plan and execute the Polish growth strategy
- Flexible, start-up mindset with proven success in fast paced environments with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to travel
- Experience with Google Analytics
