You’ll deal with:
– coordinating, monitoring and managing all incoming sales leads to assure effective and precise lead qualification
– managing the full sales operation process and creating new processes to develop our business (ex. administration of CRM systems, preparing background information, briefs, proposals and presentations to facilitate sales)
– creation and oversight operating guidelines of Sales Operations (ex. complex workflow rules, data validation, etc.)
– cooperating closely with the marketing team – providing client insights plus the knowledge to develop outbound marketing communications and assisting in event & travel planning
Let’s talk if:
– you have 2+ years of similar experience (sales/marketing/office management; IT industry – nice to have)
– you’re business and client oriented – you understand business models, know how to coordinate sales processes and deal with B2B clients
– you have an analytical mind and practical knowledge of IT tools (preferably Pipedrive, Basecamp, MS office)
– your English is fluent, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication with foreign clients (min. C1)
– you’re the mastermind of the organization – you keep your eye on processes, are able to manage and prioritize competing tasks in a timely manner
– you have a strong personality – you are energetic, determined, goal oriented, self-starter, and and you’re not afraid to ask for what you need
– you have an ambition to grow into a BDM position in a few years (nice to have)
